Whereas putting 'completely' in front of it and adding '-ed' makes it seem you are exhausted or drunk. I'm completely posted. Uh huh.

Beast and I have now got to the end of Black Sails, and I find I am quite interested in catching up on any discussions which might have taken place. Not on Tumblr, though, because I cannot. Anyone recommend any DW or LJ comms? Happily,
vae is going to send me some fic links. Hmmmmm, might actually have to make some icons for it! Yes, that sounds like a good plan. It will leaven the task of selecting chorus photos for our magnificently revamped website.

A phrase I would never have expected to read but did indeed read today: A few years ago, daffodils almost killed a vicar...

My cats are coiled together on the sofa into a single cushion of softness. Sadly, I know that if I approach them they will fission into two separate felines, neither of which wants to be stroked. I shall go to bed instead, after posing the following question:
For your fandom(s) of choice, which (one, preferably) of your own stories would you recommend to a reader who's unfamiliar with the fandom? As a good place to start. And, why that one? (I came upon this question in a post from yearsback, and thought I'd probably answer it differently now, though I'll have to think about it for a day or so before I do.)
