Beast has a nasty cold, or possibly flu. He was actually shaking with chills last night when I took him a hot lemon, but his temperature declined and he's a bit more with-it today. I'm glad I had a flu jab. Not going singing tonight, though.

I've been painting! I finally decided that I didn't have Urgent Business that had to be done, and settled in yesterday to do a lot of outlining. I've painted a few of the bits today, and will continue. How nice it is! And since we had a power cut this morning, it was nice to have a non-electronic pastime. I even listened to some fanfic on my phone until the power came back on about half an hour later.
