May I recommend to you Terrible Real Estate Photos, as displayed on Bored Panda and linked by conuly. Some of the captions are quite brilliant. And as I watched, I emitted shrieks of WTF, horror, disbelief, more horror, more disbelief, a toilet! and, well. Although possibly #29 would be a, er, stimulating place to hold Camp Sparkle. Also, ephemera, beware of #23.

My 'favourite' is #9. There are worse things than needing a giant towel featuring Justin Timberlake, I'm just saying.

Those are amazing.

It's totally impractical and I'd be horrified to be faced with it in real life, but I have to admit being impressed with the toilet/tiny cloakroom on the landing. It's one way to use all available space.

When we had Camp at Brighton there was a bathroom (in a house with insufficient bathrooms) on the landing. It was walled off... but had a large clear-paned window. (Why???) Which we covered with a giant towel.

I guess if you live on your own and can't smell your own farts it would work!

Good heavens. O.O Although, I take your point, curtains or partitions are probably easier fixes than trying to get rid of years' worth of mold.

It's really quite hard to decide which is the most inept thing to photograph, if you're supposed to be trying to sell the house! Maybe they just hated their clients. Though I imagine the infinitely reflecting bathroom was probably the clients' pride and joy, come to think of it.
