Feb. 8th, 2020 06:32 pmI have been enjoying
the_rewatch_job, where we are starting out on a rewatch of Leverage. It's a delightful series, and if you never caught it first time round, now would be a great opportunity to take a look and have a little friendly squee along the way. Of course, if you did catch it earlier, and—like me—were a bit too late to get involved in the fandom, even better!

There is a black cat in the garden, complaining that it cannot get into this house, which is so obviously a good place for cats. Fluffy was staring at it as it stared in through the cat flap—which is linked to our cats' chips, so hah!
Princess Fluffykins had a visit to the vet this week, and was subjected to the indignity of having her bottom looked at, anal glands, um, cleaned? and her delicate area fur pruned a little. But she does not bear grudges. It was Sable who remained skittish for an extra day, after the sight of the cat cage gave her palpitations.

I am, somewhat to my irritation, committed to spending most of my day tomorrow at a show in which I am participating in all of two songs, with a small group that isn't my group, to help out the friend who runs said group. Not sure I would have agreed had I known I would have to hang around all afternoon for an evening show! Hmph. I hope there will be an opportunity to escape during the afternoon, and somewhere worth escaping to. Plus, I dare say I will make excellent progress on the boring knitting project, which is portable.

I came upon a rather delightful online comic via MetaFilter, here: https://tapas.io/episode/1559785 A vampire and a werewolf. Surprisingly, my thing. And the panel of the vampire checking her outfit is awesome.
