pensnestNice celebratory couple of days! On Sunday we went over to Bun's house for a very nice roast pork lunch, and presents—an Official Birthday for me, early birthday for Boy, and Father's Day for Beast. Bun gave me Lush stuff, and my Boy gave me a skein of purple/pink Mulberry silk, so I did well!
Yesterday was Boy's birthday, so we went to Great Yarmouth to play adventure golf—there are two delightful themed courses, one is Pirates and the other Castaways. Plus fish and chips and a look at the model village, very nice day. It sunned all day, though there was a bit of a breeze in the afternoon, not surprising at the seaside.

I thought I'd have a go at The June Something, so here's a start:
Day 1: Question: What show or movie original cast would you like to see reunite for an update - where the intervening time has passed and we're getting a view of where they are now along with glimpses on how they got there?
Well. ST:TNG have essentially done this, with ST: Picard, fair enough. And they are too old to be gadding about the galaxy as an active Starfleet crew. Besides which, there is more than enough Star Trek around at this point. I don't watch it anyway, though I will get around to seeing the rest of the Picard show.
I would however be delighted to see White Collar come back, to see what Neil has been up to, to see how Peter's life has been progressing. I have quite a few Thoughts, and wrote a fic about them a little while ago. No doubt the show would want to continue with Neil as a naughty boy, and that's fine. But as it's "real world" (ahaha) it could work very well.
I'd also love to see more Firefly, even without my adored Wash. I'm sure there is plenty more for them to do. *sigh*
