I haven't really picked up the Wish List meme, because I can't think of ten things. Really.
I can think of three.

1. Somebody, at some point, somewhere, posted a pic of *Nsync all grabbing crotches. Can't even remember which concert or era it was, but oh, I want that pic.

2. An American beta - or better yet, a posse of American betas, so I don't importune the same person every five minutes - to check my popslash isn't too British. (If anyone wants to do a retrospective on the stories I've already posted, that'd be Very Welcome Indeed.)

3. Anything from this site. Anything. If you get something for someone on your Christmas present list, or if someone gets something for you, comment and tell me. I'll be very happy.

I would be quite willing to be a nitpicker for Britishisms.

Also, I think this is the first time that being American has actually been USEFUL.

I wonder if it's this picture you mean. It's from the rehearsal for their performance at the 2000 Billboard Award.

I have to look through my Nsync pictures and see if what I can find. I have far too many and really don't know half of what's in that map :-)

*snicker* It's great! They're all so straightforward and grabbing except Lance. Mama Bass has given him far too good manners :-)

I'd be happy to be part of your beta posse, too, if you're willing to trust a Canadian. Our English shares both British and American characteristics, but I am pretty good at catching British-isms in America-centric stories, and vice versa.

I don't post that often, but I check email regularly (solafiamma[at]gmail[dot]com).

I'd love to be a Britishism nit-picker. I'm also Southern, so I can check your southern-speak if you choose to write Justin and Lance that way. :)

I'm happy to be added to your list of, well, it's sort of the reverse of Brit-picking, I guess. Anyway. I'm no good at full-on betaing, because when it comes to plot and characterization and such, I just want to squee, not analyze. But I do have an English degree, and used to work for the grammar hotline in college, so I'm pretty good at proof-reading and that sort of thing.

If you could give me any details about the picture I could try to find it.

Also, that Oxfam thing is so cool. You can even make a wish list there!

Hmm. I'll see if I can find something. You could also try [livejournal.com profile] popmediafinders.

I can be a beta for Amercianisms - I love to beta because I like to see the fic before everyone becuse I was in training to copyedit before they laid off all the copyeditors at my work and because I love to nitpick and ask those annoying questions that poke a hole in the plot (which really sucks on my own fic *glares at SeSa*)
