I don't care if it is - and I'm sure it is - utterly uncool to buy one's jeans from M & S, they are *sublimely comfortable*. They claim to be 'natural waist', which doesn't exactly matter to me as I don't have a waist, but is infinitely preferable to those ubiquitous things which cover the butt-crack by about a millimetre if a person is standing upright. Ick. bun18 take note. The Per Una section.

Also pottered into Anne Harvey, and it turned out (a) they were having a sale (70% off!) and (b) I was in a purchasing mood, so I acquired some nice strokable red stuff and a may-not-have-been-a-great-choice-but-for-that-price-who-cares chocolate-brown thing and another top that's a *perfect* shape. Alas that they didn't have the same garment in other fabrics. I'd have bought a dozen.

So, new clothes. This would probably be a good time to get my hair cut and de-greyed.

My stomach muscles are recovering from the workout of the last couple of days. It's not just Lance, turps33 is also trying to kill us all. But, as I have remarked before, dying laughing is okay.

Ooh - and I got a commission yesterday. Someone who's building his own house wants to incorporate some coloured glass inside, and has asked me to design and paint the panel. A sorta Mackintosh-y effect. Cool! I shall have to stop being arty on the computer and create something a lot more tangible instead.
