The Joy of Photoshopping

My son came to me for help in solving a puzzle on his computer. The puzzle involved this rather beautiful collection of colours. So I played around with contrast and colour and size until eventually we solved the puzzle. Then I played more, and more. Playing with Photoshop is *fun*. I made myself a bunch of pretty textures, and was totally delighted to discover the Liquefy function, which is just too wonderful for words. Am in consequence greatly cheered up, which is Just As Well. Hmm. Will have to branch out into textured icons for a while.

OMG I can't even solve the first puzzle. Gaaaaah.

I haven't attempted them myself, but my Boy is too lazy to solve them on his own and sneaks a look at hints people post, er, somewhere. Might be useful - at least until you get into the swing of it!
