It's actully slightly less disturbing than the similar museum of malformed animals at Bramber, near my childhood home, which included a section of mainly kittens with surplus limbs similarly costumed and posed.

I hated being taken there "for a treat" or sent postcards of them- it's long since closed of course.
The frogs I have passed on to my husband's secretary, who is a frog fanatic.
