pensnestI seem to start every new year these days in a state of irritation, lying in bed listening to a thumping bass from somewhere along the road, and the caterwauling of people wandering past under the impression that they can sing.
Oh well. I had a Real Bath this morning, having discovered a Bling Crosby bubble bar. I finished my Christmas book ('Shakespeare' by Bill Bryson), and wallowed, and it was nice. It was also nice to open up LJ and see so many good wishes for the new year.
So. Happy 2008, everyone. Let's hope for a good year for all of us.
