First, the banner from last time which arrived belatedly:

The recent Lance challenge:


As is becoming quite normal, my own favourite was the third one I produced for this challenge, which is the one adorning this post.
The JC challenge. This was my favourite of the ones I made, and I'm keeping it for My Very Own:

But I'm pleased with this one, too.

For this challenge, we had to make two icons from whichever photo(s) we chose. My alternates were pretty damn good too (hee!):


As always, if you'd like any of the ones I'm not keeping, just ask.
What's particularly interesting is when I participate in other icon challenges, because my apparent expertise at making sparkly boys icons doesn't necessarily translate. I think it's because I've been doing the Lance and Chasez, and Nsync, challenges for so long that my icons have probably 'shaped expectations' of what is wanted - not, of course, that I'm the only person to have done so, because I should think all the long-term participants have. The result, though, is that there are certain styles which are acknowledged to work in those contests.
