Find a fic?

I am trying to repress twitches of inspiration, on the grounds that I have a challenge deadline for which they are irrelevant, but even so, there is a fic lurking that wants me to write it. And the particular shape it is going to take is, hmm, a little bit inspired by a story I encountered a little while ago, so it seems only polite to try and find the story and, well, see how the author feels about this. But I dunno where to look. Too many ficlinks, too much distraction potential.

It's short, a series of brief scenes in which Chris (I think, but it might be JC) is searching for someone to dominate him. Joey doesn't care for the idea of inflicting pain; Justin offers to make him his slave but completely fails to get the point; JC wants kinky stuff involving someone being tied up... but unfortunately both he and Chris want to be the tie-ee. Then Lance shows up, displeased.

Anyone help me out, here?
