Macaroni cheese and midnight cowboys

My son cooked supper last night, a rather excellent macaroni cheese with tomato salad, and only a bare minimum of maternal assistance. bun18 is supposed to be producing a wicked looking chocolate roulade sometime this week - probably not tonight since we're going to a tap class together. The brats are each cooking for us once a week, which gives me a break and gives us all a bit more variety. I just get into a rut...
