What passes for normality
Dec. 28th, 2005 09:26 amLife is very nearly back to normal now, except for the Christmas tree in the sitting room and the remaining rump of turkey plus sundry smoked salmon related items in the fridge. Father-in-law has gone home (due to the traumatic arrival of snow - so unexpected in winter, one cannot but sympathise with the railway companies - we drove him thither, which meant long queues of (mad) shoppers heading for Bluewater).
Kudos to me for the most laid-back preparation of Christmas dinner my F-i-L had ever witnessed. Hah.
So, what now? Finish reading SeSa stories (new stories! joy!) and start playing with my new camera, I guess. And learn my words, though the remnants of cough still plaguing me mean I probably won't be able to sing properly at tomorrow's rehearsal.
Gosh. How boring am I!
