Jul. 2nd, 2012 01:54 pmOne of the things that can elevate a perfectly ordinary day into a good day... is the sight of a pink cowboy hat with a silver-sequinned brim and a diamanté tiara in a charity shop window.
The day can be elevated further by the discovery that said chapeau costs a mere £1, and the instant purchase thereof.
There is potential for further elevation, which will have to wait until tomorrow—for inside the pink, sequinned and tiara'd cowboy hat is a little LED control box. The batteries are, of course, shot, but it may, it just may, be that my utterly camp and sparkly new hat will soon sport BLINKING LIGHTS.
