Dec. 12th, 2016 08:47 pmSo I did my trial/practise phone call for the mentor thing today, and I'm cleared to go. Yay me!
We had a lovely singout on Sunday afternoon, in a room with a great acoustic and a full audience. Most enjoyable. The men's chorus covered 'don we now our gay apparell' (falalalala!) and we did the 'make the yuletide gay' bit with Have yourself a merry little Christmas, which is a delight to sing. Just one more performance this year, unfortunately on the same day as the car is being serviced and I have a hair appointment, sorely overdue. Oh, well.
