If you still need someone, I'd be happy to check Americanize all your silly British words ;) Though I must confess I don't even know what AI8 is (American Idol?) so I don't know about the canon front.

Yes please! I'll take a couple of days, because I've had some beta comments back that make a lot of sense to me so I want to do a bit more re-working. (This story is an *education*!)
