I've enjoyed doing the Snowflake Challenge thing—all else aside, it gives me a reason to try and post with frequency. And I'd like to see if we can get a bit more activity into the popslash comms, crack_sparkle_pop on DW and popsoundboard on LJ.

So how about we try to find a question for every day in February?

(I have, as it happens, done a "stories to rec by category" collection for February, but it'll only take a couple more categories to make it work for March, and maybe we'll do better answering random questions. Your thoughts?)

Or, we could have a weekly question instead, perhaps?

Questions please! I find recs very hard to do (though would probably read other people's recs).

I am feeling distinctly uncreative at the moment, so I am unable to come up with ideas that would create a conversation. But if you throw subjects and leading questions out there, I'll try to respond! I remember, was it last year, there was a month were we recc'd stories all month long. That went fairly well, because it inspired conversation as well as recs. (I just checked -- it was August 2010.)

I'm finding it hard to figure out good questions, too. I think I may have to go with the 'rec by day' February thing instead, and see if anything happens. But it'd be a good notion to collect interesting questions, if possible, so I'll keep looking.
