It had sneakily grown to the size of a very respectable bat while we were away for the weekend (Nine Worlds FTW). It made a very tasty courgette curry.

I think there may be more courgette curries in my future...

I suspect a close encounter with a ball would have left me with courgette mush, but it certainly looked impressive!

Ooh, courgette curry I have not tried yet. I shall have to investigate!

If any of the tomatoes had been ripe, there just might have been a bit of tossing and swinging... The courgette curry worked very well (with added onion and chickpeas and a small piece of chorizo chopped up for flavour, and nuts for texture).

That looks impressive! I should make stuffed courgettes next week, they're so yummy.

I daren't let any more of mine get big enough to stuff! We shall eat baby courgettes some of the time.
