A flock of sweaty topless young men

Woo hoo and jollity, o frabjous day!
Just got the programme for Milton Keynes Theatre for the rest of this year, and the swans are back! Matthew Bourne's 'Swan Lake' is there at the end of October. Oooh. Also 'The History Boys' and Martin Shaw in 'A Man for all Seasons' *and* Tom Conti in 'The Real Thing'. Thank goodness for credit cards, eh?
On a bizarre note, I swear I heard over the Sainsbury's address system this afternoon: "This is a colleague announcement. It's two-thirty and time to rumble."
Huh?

Date: 2005-07-06 04:05 pm (UTC)I'm getting paid next week, so when I have a spare moment Friday-ish, I will be taking a look at the list of people who expressed an interest, and reposting a choice of dates that a) suit all concerned and b) allow me to get a discount on Hobson's Choice as well (Friday and Saturday night and the worst of the Christmas period are not eligible for the buying-two-shows-at-once discount). Assuming no howls of outrage, I'll buy the tickets on payday.
If you have date preferences, speak now. Otherwise I will probably go for early-ish in the run, because then you don't get irritable about reviewers sticking their opinions in everywhere, and it's not so hideous to be in London (I loathe central London during the Christmas period, and yes, I live here).
Normally I default to the day with the post performance talk, as those are really good. There isn't one, alas.

Date: 2005-07-06 04:27 pm (UTC)I can't do 26th November or 3rd/4th December, but those are weekends anyway, and midweek is fine for me. I have a slight preference for not going anywhere on Thursdays, or Tuesdays (rehearsal nights), but with sufficient notice can get away with that. Early in the run sounds like a good idea.
Cheers!
