Ch-Ch-Changes by KC, in which Lance and Joey run a bar, Chris and Justin a fooderie, and JC turns up to do karaoke. Basically, I'd like to be able to go to this bar (although I'm a bit too old to fit in).

Did Pump and Balance today (but not the new Zumba Step class, for it is on at nine am on Sunday, so no) consequently knackered. Dozed on sofa for a couple of hours. Cannot find strength to knit, so peacock shawl on hiatus.
