pensnestYeah. I just had an *excellent* weekend in Frankfurt with Saba and rikes and her sister and bettina. We loafed and did fangirlish stuff and we went to see Queen with Adam Lambert and had a very splendid time, not least because the row in front of us was occupied by some hugely enthusiastic fanboys who high-fived each other ("Good show!" "Good show!") before things got started, leaped to their feet and rocked out happily, and did whatever the male equivalent of *SQUEEEEEEE* is when Brian May grinned and waved at them. They practically fluttered. So cute! I couldn't see the show as clearly as in Nottingham, but it was way more fun to be part of an excited audience.

Date: 2015-02-09 06:11 pm (UTC)Hope your flight home was smooth and speedy - we got delayed at every possible point and only got home 10.5hrs after leaving Saba's place. D: Oh well, it's not like I had any other plans for the day.
Mom and dad made the later flight and when I spoke to her today, mom was feeling much better. Hadn't been figured out what had triggered her migraine though - there hasn't been one quite that bad in a long time. But she took today off work and thinks she's well enough to go back tomorrow.
And thank you again for the nail polish, which I'm going to put on right now. :)
