there's a lot of woe all over my journal reading pages today

A lot of woe, indeed. I think I feel this the way a lot of people feel Leonard Nimoy's death.

It makes me so sad. He was far too young.

He was. I was so hoping he'd live long enough to see the prospect of a cure - not that I really expected there'd be one in time for Pterry, but to see it on the horizon and getting closer would have meant so much for him. But at least this means he didn't linger in a lost state.
