There is a village in Norfolk called Great Snoring (in archaic English, Snoring Magna).

There is also a Little Snoring, but that, of course, is of lesser importance. Even though it is bigger, and has a pub.

there are indeed a lot of really great ones

i also like how non-standardized* postal addresses can get, especially with named houses

* compared to the US, but not places with no addresses at all
