Cutest icon: hmm. My default is pretty darn cute, but perhaps it's one or other of these two:

Sexiest icon: Lance Perfect Chest. It took me So Long to make this, as I just kept staring at the picture, and drooling.
Most humorous icon: Hmm. Not really sure? Crotch! amuses me, but it's not very well made. Other than that, quite a few of my icons are intended as humorous, in a mild way. If you happened to be in on the joke, though, it might well be this one:

How do you categorize your icons? By main subject and mood (in my mind), usually using any keyword incorporated in the icon

Are they any good? Interesting question. They can be, but most of my userpics are not there because they are subjectively 'good' icons, but because they express something which amuses me, or which I find useful in applying to posts/comments. I like pretty icons, but I prefer witty ones, if I can manage it.
Animated icons are... great when they're clever. And mostly, they are clever, since it takes a fair bit of time and effort to produce one, so most people don't bother if the idea is trivial.
In general I think icons... are great fun to make, and a neat, if oblique, way to express one's personality
