pensnestI am charmed by the idea of a frivolous February, aka Dreamwidth is for shitposting - I wouldn't, of course, have called it that, but that is because I am TOO OLD to understand that shitposting is, apparently, what the young people are doing these days when making inconsequential and perhaps drunken posts about nothing very much.
Anyway. See here for details! I believe the whole concept began in the comments to this entirely delightful post, which are also well worth reading.

I have composed another in a series of increasingly dyspeptic emails to my MP. Pondering whether to let Beast examine it before I send it, or not. Probably not.

I almost forgot! A fabulous selection of delicate little piggies, plus some clothes and stuff.

I don't really know - I gave up on Tumblr years back when I realised I couldn't figure out how to tell someone I liked her art... I am an old-fashioned fan, but I like it that way.

Date: 2019-01-19 09:42 am (UTC)Over here a lot of people are using the ResistBot tool to send letters to members of Congress and I read one where the person closed with "Nice beard. I didn't know reptiles could grow facial hair" which made me snort.
I have the feeling that politicians these days are used to getting irate, angry, and outright insulting mail.
