Cannot cope with thinking about Brexit. The very existence of our politicians fills me with rage right now. But I booked my coach ticket to get to next week's march.

FIL's greenhouse is 'being troublesome' again. This is because he was too cheap to get a proper, glass-based greenhouse, instead he found a Bargain(TM) in polycarbonate, and gave Beast no alternative but to help him put it together. Beast has been Very Stern on the subject, and FIL is now looking at buying a moveable polytunnel which, most likely, will blow away in the first high wind. *bafflement*

I'm trying to remember if I ever have rocked a beard, sadly I don't think so. We had female pirates in The Pirates of Penzance, but I directed that - and when I appeared unexpectedly as Frederic in the production, I was beardless.

Oh, gods, our politics right now. It's shameful.

Yeah, if you can afford the glass green houses, they tend to be better. My dad had a polystyrene one, and it worked okay, but it was on the side of the house and protected from wind and such.

Yeah, the one at the top of the garden has already gone green. It actually blew apart about two days after it was originally put together, and Beast had to fix wooden bars across all the panels... I hope Beast will be able to prevail upon his father to buy a *good* polytunnel, at least.

Farage was in the Sunderland yesterday at the start of his stupid march. I was hoping he'd be blown off the top of the cliff but it wasn't to be.
