Such a beautiful day yesterday! I went up to the pharmacy and the sun was warm on my back. Blue sky, small trees in blossom, large trees beginning to bud leaves, lovely. I took some pictures. Click to embiggen.

Someone linked to a post of animal pictures… and I swear, #5 is Llance, #10 is Kevin (possibly a reference to Hair!Band!Kevin), and #11 is Robbie Williams. Anyone spot anybody else?

Speaking of pictures, there's a rather splendid Instagram here where roommates who love art and obviously have rather too much time on their hands are recreating classic art.

I managed a Zoom meeting with my knitting group last night (we even had a cake break), and one of them has a cat that looks very, very much like my own dear Princess Fluffykins. Not quite such a magnificent tail, apparently it thinned quite a bit when her owner had a kitten baby.

Finally, because in times like these we need more cat pictures, here are mine on their cushion on the library shelf. Sable feels safe, and Fluffy feels in charge. I think they like it that way.

It was so pretty outside, I wanted to share!

The cats amuse me so much. Fluffy spends a surprising amount of time lying on of Sable to some extent — using her as a pillow, mostly, but this was the first time I'd actually seen her lying right on top of her sister!

Oh, such lovely photos! A view of branches against the sky is one of my favorite motifs, and these are glorious. And the cats look very comfortable together indeed!

It was such a lovely day, with the bright blue sky, and I love the sight of branches and blossome against the sky, too.

The cats are funny little beasts. Sable makes a good cushion, and Fluffy makes a good blanket.

The goats are fabulous, aren't they! Very splendid and stately and yet, eating the hedges. Someone somewhere in comments set them to music from West Side Story...
