I have socks! Magnificent socks!

When
turlough first offered me socks, she asked what my favourite colours might be. All of them, was essentially my reply, and she has not forgotten!
They are also *perfectly* comfortable. Even better than the first pair. Thank you,
turlough!

Beast and I watched the 'Twelfth Night' from the National Theatre a couple of nights ago. It's a very good on. I felt *so* sorry for Malvolio - the production, and the acting, really brought out the nastiness of what happens. And brought out various aspects of the characters to jolly good effect, too. Watch it on YouTube for the next couple of nights!

Oh, and on the subject of Shakespeare, this is a brilliant comic showing how quarantine could have helped prevent so many tragedies!
*
Also, while you're on YouTube, Your Dinosaurs Are Wrong is entertaining and informative. I really enjoyed the Velociraptor one, Stegosaurus next, I think.
*
Something else that has entertained me today, is a post on MetaFilter about the scorpion and the frog fable. Read the linked page first. and the comments here enhance it all.
INSIDE EACH OF US THERE ARE TWO FROGS.
No, I think those are kidneys.

Date: 2020-04-29 03:19 am (UTC)The Shakespeare comic made me LOL a little. Alas that this ~helpful~ circumstance was denied to all those characters.
