I don't think there is a member of the Government with any sense of honour. Am I wrong?

I hope the police check every traffic camera and cell phone tower between London and Durham for the past two months. All that surveillance has to be useful for something. Bury the bastard.

oh my, that's disgraceful! I couldn't read all 3k+ comments,but the ones I did see made some very good points. as did you, wrt the CC; might as well use it for some good, right?

There's a level of inchoate rage coming across that's unlike the Brexit rage in one very important respect: hardly anyone is defending the position. Even the Mail commenters are getting in there with the dumping.

I think he's toast, eventually. It's not just the family of every Covid-19 victim who will be sharing the story of not being able to attend a funeral, see them in hospital etc. It will be every parent who had a real crisis, the family of everyone killed in an accident, who had cancer, a miscarriage, a mental health crisis, a broken leg, who wasn't visited. The sarky opinion pieces on Brexit and Remoaners look psychopathic if you try to take the same approach when people are talking about a teenaged child or an elderly parent dying alone.

He has to be gone. If Boris procrastinates long enough, he will be dragged down with Cummings, which would be fine with me. So many stories from Us to set against this arrogance from Them.

I was reading about that this morning, and the utter gall of the man, coming up to the area not once but twice, and that's just the times he was seen. Then to go walking in the woods at Barnard Castle, which is easily over 20 miles from where his parents live. So not only did he break lockdown to come to the area, he broke the rules over again to go for his walk.

And then to have people in the party defending him. I have no words.

As someone somewhere else pointed out, leaving a city where the hospitals were rapidly getting filled to bursting point and moving to a location where the NHS was under a lot less strain = making sure he and his would be able to get intensive care spots, if needed. So fucking selfish. And, frankly, moving to his parents' vicinity was shockingly selfish too.
