Full-day rehearsal last Sunday went very well, which had been slightly in doubt as we had been sent some suggested revisions to details of one of the songs. It turned out that when we sang the revised version, it really helped make the sound cleaner and more satisfying, so \o/ Now to commit it to memory.

I have baked two savoury pies and two desserts for my anniversary. So far. Not sure quite how many to cater for, yet....

Yoga instructor this morning was in full Navy mode, I think. Sometimes I feel like a wrung-out dishcloth after those classes! Fortunately, not much needed to be done today, apart from taking Beast to the vampires from Galleri, who are doing a medical trial on, er, something, in which we are both participating. I went a week ago. Oh yes, it's a 'can we detect cancer via blood tests' trial, which is definitely worth doing.

And in the meantime, my White Collar fic has grown to around 14,000 words (I think it's finished, but that is one of the things I want advice on) and very much needs an American beta. I don't think it's essential to be more than vaguely familiar with White Collar, though obviously it wouldn't hurt! Can anyone help me out?

Very familiar ones! Two shepherd's pies and one "chilli non carne" topped with potato. Desserts are one Baileys cheesecake, one sour cream cheesecake (not yet topped) with cinnamon, and one GF vegan chocolate tart with hazelnut crust. Which looks *amazing*.

I think it will prove to be incredibly rich. I shall have to have a sliver of it, just to find out what it is like!

I saw a mobile trailer that was set up for those trials. I agree it's worth doing but sadly I didn't qualify when I checked.

The Galleri thing does seem worth-while. I guess we got into it having signed up for the Zoe thing during Covid. Also, they give out £10 Sainsbury's vouchers!
