May. 11th, 2015 11:30 amI finished a couple of knitting projects last weekâboth of which were started in our previous house, so perhaps I can be excused for taking so long to get them done. One pair of socks for FIL, grey this time with blue stripes from a part-used Zauberball. Very sober and masculine. (I have evil ambitions to knit the next pair for him in something like Zauberball Tropical Fish. Not sure whether he will be impressed or horrified!) One Hatchling Dragon shawl, somewhat adapted (you can see it on Ravelry if you're a member, look for Nestholder's projects as it doesn't seem to show up on the Hatchling Dragon projects page). Phew.
I was tempted by Moar Yarn so have embarked on a quick and easy scarf to satisfy my need to have a portable project, but I'm going to have to find something complicated and beautiful to work on too. Except, I think I wanna knit some new cushion covers. Ooh! That means I can unpack my Stashand buy MORE YARN when I find I don't have quite what I want for my lounge... and use up some of it. Ahem.

Date: 2015-05-11 07:03 pm (UTC)I've noticed that it seems to take a while for a finished project to show up in the pattern's project page. I guess their caching system isn't as effective as DW's.
*giggles* I'm not allowed to buy any more yarn for a while. I don't have the room for it :-)
